Before you use Zippin store app or enter the Zippin store, please read these Terms, and our Privacy Policy. By usingthis app, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

When you shop in our store, our technology determines the items that you and your guests take.

You agree to be charged for the items taken by you and your guests using the credit card payment option in your App.

We will send you a receipt for review within the app. Refunds will be provided for spoiled or items not taken, however, we reserve the right to deny refunds and terminate access to the store.

You will need to create an account to have access to the app and store. You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your password, account, and any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security of which you become aware. You are responsible for taking precautions and providing security measures best suited for your situation and intended use of the app.

To help improve your experience, the app may provide us with information about the device running the app and how the app is used. Any information we receive from this app or within the store will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We may change these terms at any time, and by continuing to use this app or the store, you are accepting any revised terms. We cannot guarantee that this app or its functionality or its content is accurate, reliable, or complete in all circumstances.

Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to this Agreement, this app, or store is subject to the binding arbitration in the state of California.

By using this app or entering the store, you agree to be bound by these terms.
