# NRG Stadium Launches 5 New Zippin Stores for 2025 Season

Just in time for the 2025 NFL season, NRG Stadium has once again expanded its partnership with Zippin, adding **five new checkout-free stores** and more than doubling its existing frictionless footprint. The venue now operates **nine Zippin-powered stores** in total—one of the largest deployments of autonomous retail in professional sports.
From the start, the team at NRG Stadium—alongside foodservice partner **Aramark**—has been a forward-thinking leader in reimagining the fan experience. As they continued adding checkout-free stores to serve fans faster, they introduced their first **Zippin Walk-Up in 2023,** a hot food stand conversion that deployed in just days. [On average, this frictionless hot-food stand sold 175 to 200 more of Houston’s most famous burgers per game than their Trill Burger stands across the venue. ](https://www.getzippin.com/case-studies#NRG)
